Installation information
How we help
Installing your zappi is straightforward for our qualified electricians. The charger mounts on an external wall and connects to your consumer unit. No earth rod is required, which simplifies the installation process and typically allows us to complete the job in under four hours. For three-phase installations, we’ll check your electrical supply first to ensure compatibility.
The package includes a CT clamp with a 5m cable that monitors your home’s power use, allowing the zappi to make smart charging decisions. Our electricians are fully trained in myenergi installations and will help you set up the app and explain how to use the different charging modes to get the most benefit from your new charger.
